Windows 11 - 05 October 2021
Microsoft Windows 11 launched on 2021-10-05, and was the first version of Windows update to support Emoji 12.1 and Emoji 13.0. Emojis in this release are displayed in the thick outlined Segoe Color Emoji style from Windows 10, instead of the Fluent designs previewed ahead of World Emoji Day 2021.
Support for Emoji 12.1 and Emoji 13.0 was initially made available via Windows 10 Insiders Builds in December 2020.
