Two hands placed firmly together, meaning please&nbsp;or&nbsp;thank you&nbsp;in Japanese culture.&nbsp;A common alternative use&nbsp;for this emoji is for prayer, using the same gesture as&nbsp;praying hands. It can also represent&nbsp;a respectful greeting or show of adoration many in Southeast Asian religions and cultures, such as the Hindu namaste or Buddhist a&ntilde;jali mudra.

Winking Face

A string of beads, as used in prayer or&nbsp;meditation&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prayer_beads">in many religious traditions</a>. Generally depicted as red, wooden beads with a gold, decorative center bead and tassel.

Commonly used to represent various religious sentiments, jewelry, and magic.

Samsung&nbsp;<a href="/samsung/touchwiz-7.1/prayer-beads/">previously featured</a> a <a href="/latin-cross/">Latin cross</a>, suggesting a Christian&nbsp;<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosary">rosary</a>, though now joins other vendor designs in resembling an Islamic <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misbaha">misbaha</a> or Buddhist <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buddhist_prayer_beads">mala</a>.

Can be used to talk about flying, both literally and metaphorical. May be used in phrases such as when pigs fly&nbsp;or time flies. May also be used to talk about angels or to say that someone or something is angelic.

Wing

A baby with a halo and wings. Can represent a sweet baby, a biblical cherub, a mythological cupid, a decorative putto, or an angel as a supernatural being in general. This emoji can&nbsp;be used earnestly or&nbsp;in a tongue-in-cheek way to talk about goodness or innocence.

It is often used to express affection for people, especially children at birth or, more sadly, after death. This emoji pops up in <a href="https://blog.emojipedia.org/emojiology-baby-angel/">a large variety&nbsp;of contexts</a> ranging from innocence, love, Valentine&#39;s Day, positive feelings like gratitude, and the Christian faith, especially during Christmas.

Skype has a series of emoji-like emoticons which have their own distinct animated appearance.

A subset of Skype emoticons were available in Microsoft Teams before the 3D versions of Microsoft&#39;s new Fluent emoji set began <a href="https://twitter.com/Emojipedia/status/1491752269880115200">rolling out in February 2022</a>.

The Skype emoticon set differs from the emoji set from parent company Microsoft, which is used as&nbsp;<a href="/microsoft/">the system-wide emoji font in&nbsp;Windows 10</a>.

Skype uses its own system of shortcodes to enter each emoticon, for instance:

For example, Skype&#39;s offers&nbsp;variety of additional pride-related flags alongside <a href="/pride/">🏳️&zwj;🌈 Pride</a>&nbsp;and <a href="/transgender-flag/">🏳️&zwj;⚧️&nbsp;Transgender Flag</a>, such as those shown below.
