🗺 Emojipedia API
Emojipedia has an API, which provided basic access to emoji details such as name, code point, image, and description exerpt. Services using the Emojipedia AP include:
- Botmoji
- Tweet an emoji to @botmoji on Twitter, get the name and URL in a reply.
- DuckDuckGo
- Search for any emoji on DuckDuckGo and get instant results from Emojipedia
- emojidex
- A snippet of emoji definition appears in the sidebar of emojidex, with a link to the page on Emojipedia.
Please note that access to the Emojipedia API is provided on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of access. New applicatons are now closed, and we will update this page if this changes in future.
